Reserving your Supplies for your event
- Fill out Contact information and check availability of event
- Tickety-Boo Party Props will contact you to confirm availability
- Print out and review the Contract, or the contract can be E-mailed to you for you to sign and return by
- Scan signed contract and E-mail to: Ticketybooprops@gmail.com
- Mail it to: 2020 North Ashland, East Wenatchee WA 98802

- Review Products page to select items that fit your needs
- Tickety-Boo Party Props will contact you after receiving contract and review all items needed
- A 50% deposit of the total due is required to reserve supplies for your event.
- There is an additional $100 damage deposit included in the total price that will be refunded in full after the event if merchandise is properly returned and undamaged
- Payment options include :
- PayPal- Click on link at bottom of page
- Mail a Check (check accepted up to 14 days prior to pickup day)
- Pay cash in person
- Call with credit card information
- Once the deposit and signed contract are received, you items are reserved. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event.
- Changes to the order may be made 14 days prior to pick up date.
PICKING UP YOUR SUPPLIES
- Pick-up is on the Thursday prior to your event.
- Delivery and Pickup is available as arranged in advance for a delivery/pickup fee
- It is your responsibility to review the accuracy of the order. If anything is missing or not in working order, please notify us ASAP before the event so that we can make this right for you.
- You will receive a list of your supplies so that you and your helpers will know what needs to be returned.
- You or your representative will be required to sign acknowledging receipt of your order.
- Most items will be packed in labeled tubs. Items will be wrapped for transport to prevent damage. Items should be returned is same material as it was sent in to prevent damage.
- Each container will contain a content list to provide easy pack up after the event for transport.
- Missing, damaged or destroyed items will incur a replacement fee, which will be deducted from the damage deposit. Excess costs will be charged to a credit card.
- Items will need to be returned by Monday after your event. Late returns may have a late charge
- Un-returned items will be viewed as stolen.
- Damage deposit will be returned within 10 days if damage, breakage or loss is not incurred.
